IMPORTANT

  • Lost keys will incur a charge of €80.
  • Welcome amenities and/or items (toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, etc.) are provided only once, upon your arrival.
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADMISSION (without any financial refund) if you cause disturbances, host parties, or engage in inappropriate or annoying behavior towards other guests within the premises of Jardín Las Hayas or Efigenia Playa.
  • BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
  • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. If you need to smoke, you must do so outside the premises of Jardín Las Hayas and Efigenia Playa. If you smoke outside, please collect your cigarette butt (PROPERLY EXTINGUISHED) and dispose of it in a trash container. IF YOU VIOLATE THE NO-SMOKING RULE, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF €80 WILL APPLY.
  • Bicycles or scooters are not allowed inside the accommodations.
  • Lighting candles inside the accommodations is prohibited. If any incident occurs, you will be held responsible for any damage caused and will be required to cover the costs. For everyone’s safety, please do not light candles!
  • NO PETS ALLOWED AT EFIGENIA PLAYA.
  • CLEANING: Cleaning once a week includes sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and change of sheets and towels. The kitchen is excluded from this cleaning; we kindly ask you to tidy up the kitchen to facilitate the cleaning service’s work.
  • If you need laundry service during your stay, there is a self-service laundry just 2 minutes away on foot.
  • If your accommodation is very disorganized and your clothes or belongings are not stored in drawers or closets, THE PROPERTY RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO CLEAN DUE TO IMPOSSIBILITY OF MANEUVERING FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE.
  • If you leave your kitchen very dirty, disorganized, or other premises are excessively dirty due to POOR BEHAVIOR:
    • Apartment with beach sand (please clean the sand before entering the apartments),
    • floors with spilled drinks,
    • leftover food in the kitchen,
    • children’s paint on walls,
    • bedding stained due to negligence,
    • towels dirty due to misuse (towels are exclusively for drying off after showering, NOT for cleaning shoes or other items),
    • ETC.
    • IF EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING IS REQUIRED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR NON-COMPLIANCE, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF €60 WILL APPLY.
  • We kindly ask you not to move the furniture and to respect the order found upon arrival. If furniture is moved from its original location, it will be checked for damage and a penalty fee will be applied according to the damage caused and the effort required to restore it. Exchange of kitchenware between different accommodations is also not allowed. The loss or misplacement of kitchenware will result in a charge of €30 for replacement + the total cost of each item.
  • We kindly ask you to inform us upon arrival of any defects you may notice so that we can rectify them as soon as possible.
  • Do not hold gatherings of multiple accommodations in a single one; for that, you can go to restaurants, public areas, or suitable places where you will not disturb other guests.
  • The loss or misplacement of the TV or air conditioning remote will incur a charge of €80. If you find that the batteries in the remotes are depleted during your stay, please contact reception to replace them as soon as possible.
  • Noise or music is prohibited from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
  • Please do not deposit garbage or remains in the apartment or at the exit, please deposit it in the public collection containers that are located a few meters from the apartments.
